As an AFAA qualified Sunrise Yoga instructor I’m pleased to be able to offer yoga classes and one to one sessions.

Sunrise Yoga uses poses derived from Hatha Yoga. The Sunrise Yoga format is based on a progressive series of poses that accomodate all fitness levels, to increase strength, flexibility, and balance of the entire body, focusing on breathing and mindful movement. It also focuses on core and stabilising techniques to improve posture. 

Yoga classes are currently via Zoom on Tuesdays 7-7:45pm, and are £2.50 per person.

Yoga one to one sessions can be booked and are £25 for a one hour session. Please contact us to book.
